Chest tightness, diziness and lack of energy?
For the past 2 days I've had pains in my chest, all down and under my rib cage. Last night it felt like someone was squeezing my heart. I also get short of breath and dizzy when I stand up and walk around.
I've been taking a herb called calea zacatechichi which helps you sleep and induces vivid dreams so this may be a factor. Also the weather's suddenly got a lot hotter during the past 2 days.
I eat very healthily... no meat, minimal alcohol and only smoke now and again. I've been fine up until these past 2 days.
Can anyone tell me whether the herbs and weather could have something to do with it or if there could be another cause? Thanks

Stop taking the herbal medicines as they interact badly with other medication, and they are not seen as safe by medical professionals
