Recently got contacts - noticed a lot of red veins in white part of my eye?
my eye doesnt bother me at all, but i just looked in the mirror and i noticed a lot of red veins in the white part...it looks like something to worry about. my eyes are not bloodshot or anything its not thhhatt noticeable but they are there, all over.
ive only been wearing contacts for like 2 weeks, i have some drops but i havent used them. they are refresh optive lubricant moisturizing eye solution
If everything is comfortable, it should be OK. I see veins in eyes all the time. They are a normal part of the eye and come out from time to time. I mostly see them in my eyes when they get irritated or I'm tired. If you're really curious stop by an eye care provider (yours or one in a mall or store like Walmart or Target) and ask them. For me, the only time I'd worry is if there was irritation, pain or burning.
