What should tea tree oil be diluted if it is being used for acne?
I'm trying to clear up the acne on my face. I don't have severe acne but I know that I can used tea tree oil. Since it is an essential oil, it needs to be diluted. Should I dilute it with a carrier oil like lavender oil, or should I dilute it with water or witch hazel?

i bought essential oil by mistake once, but i didn't care and used it as it was. worked just the same but did stink! on my bottle it says
"mix 1ml of essential oil with 100ml of a carrier oil, such as sweet almond oil"
i think witch hazel will be okay.
water won't work cos you're using oil. so it won't mix. it'll just separate and sit on the top, you know?
