From personal experience: How much has Astrology helped you in dealing with people in your daily life?
Ex: You know a person has ____ Sun and ____ Venus, so you can more accurately prepare for how they would react to a certain situation romantically...
Or: You know your Mars Sign "clashes" with theirs and you are prepared for any turbulence that may occur in your relations with them.
(I find it especially useful when dealing with those who shun the idea of Astrology!) ;D
How about you guys?

EDIT - Introverted Girl, I actually TU your answer because it's honest. I have seen you ask and answer Q's that are Astrology based however, so I presume you do have somewhat of a belief in it.
It has helped me understand things about people I always used to wonder about when I only knew their Sun signs. Astrology is obviously not about the Sun sign alone and people don't know that, so they're quick to condemn it. Astrologically, dominant planets & signs play the biggest role in defining who we are, to put it all in a nutshell.
I don't really prepare for how people would react in certain situations but I know why my Pisces classmate is cold, sarcastic and logically driven when dealing with people (Aqua Rising & Mercury, Cap Venus & Mars) or why my best friend is reserved and the least flirtatious in spite of being a Libra (Virgo Mercury, Scorpio Venus), etc. I see how it all fits, placement-wise.
If you notice people's fashion sense, it's usually a reflection of their Sun & Venus signs combined (along with Decans, Duads). People ARE their Sun sign at the core but you cannot ignore other influences. Every Scorpio trait fit me to a T but there were certain other unexplained things I wanted answers for.
But I don't make Astrology the basis for my relationships with people. I know the charts of a few people who don't matter much (who became my case studies lol), my best friend and a couple of family members, but I'm drawing the line here. It shouldn't be the basis for anything major because it's never fool-proof and has several loopholes. Astrology has been occupying a significant space in my thought processes for the past few months, but I hope to tone it down to an insignificant one. If someone asks me my views on Astrology, I'll say it's not total bunk as most people say it is but it's not great enough for me to put my faith in. I haven't explored it for 'fun' in the pure sense, nor has it been serious; more like an experiment.
