in my opinon you should switch out the lucario for pupitar (tyranitar when he evolves) bc the elite 4 when you beat them the 2nd time around will hurt you bad with all the ground/fighting/physic moves they have esp since lucario doesnt have very high sp def. teach ampharos thunderbolt instead of signal beam, its pretty much useless even if you fight dark pokemon bc scizor will have them on lock with x-scissor, you can beat every pokemon the first and 4th trainers have with JUST scizor.
