Why does my eyeliner always smudge or wear off?
My eye makeup always comes off and my eyeliner always seems to start smudging when I wear it on the bottom. Is there a trick to getting it to stay better? I put it right on the edge of my lower lid and I DO NOT use liquid. My skin tends to be more on the oily side, maybe this has something to do with it?
Before applying your eyeliner, try using a make-up brush and some face powder and lightly dust over your eyes (when close, lol!) paying particular attention to below your eyes. After you have applied your eyeliner, go over the area again with another little dusting of powder and this will help 'set' the eyeliner. It is definately caused by your oily skin, I had the same problem.
