Hong Kong, Sham Shui Po?
Im going to hong kong soon. I will be visiting sham shui po just for the golden computer arcade. My brother went their end of last year and said that there was a place where you could buy the cheap pc games.. if you get what i mean but it was only there like once a week. Anyone know where I can get the cheap pc games from??
The golden arcade is deceptively divided into two parts. One part has it's doors on the corners of the block where you can either go up or down to one of two tiers. The upper of these, I know, specializes in games (but not PC games, afaik). The lower floor specializes in computer-related accessories and some computer shops and some other stuff.
Sitting on top of this is another hardware place, but you have to walk down one side of the block to find the escalators leading up to it. There are game shops interspersed in here. But piracy is so rampant in Hong Kong that barely anyone will buy legit games.
Worth checking out would also be Mong Kok which has 3 spots for getting stuff...the computer city and Sino centre...I forget the name of the other one, but it's very well-known for having console and hand-held game shops.
