What is the point of clear nail polish?
why would you want to wear clear nail polish? isn't the whole point of nail polish to make your nails.........colorful?

You can put it as an undercoat to regular nail polish, which helps the color come off better when you decide to take it off. You can also use it as the top coat, which makes the color look smooth and shiny. And if you just want to make your nails look a little on the nicer side, but still neutral, you can just put a coat of clear on. It gives them a smooth, shiny look.
