Crystal Healing

Well so far i have 4 apparent abilities :

I can see the future

(usually in dreams this happens pretty frequently there hasn't been 1 month this hasn't happened)

Dejavu (this happens frequently also usually every week)

Astral projection (this happened once during sleep paralysis i have sleep paralysis frequently)

I can sense spirits (this happens less frequent but once all day a spirit followed me around touching my shoulder)

Id love to develop these abilities but every website i go to for advice is to complicated.

please simplify it down for me?
