Need some info on these herbal extracts, resins, blends/leaves?
The herbal products are as follows:

Dagga/Pharma Kanna 25x Extract (1 gram) The "Dagga" stands for Wild Dagga or "Lions Tail"
Kratom New Guinea 20x Extract (4 grams)
Ginseng 25x Powdered Extract (3 Grams)
Calea Zacatechichi - 20x Resin (1 gram)
Blends/Leaves:
Blend - "Diviner's Three" Burning Blend (1 Oz.) Containing the herbs "Wild Dagga" "Premium Blue Lily Of the Nile" "Kratom Private Reserve" And a couple others (As mentioned in the description)
Blend - "Morphing Blend" Burning Blend "Premium B. Lotus Flowers" "fresh Damiana Tops" "Desert Skullcap" "Private Reserve Kratom" and "Passion Flower"

Since I have not experienced with these herbal products before I need to know a good starter dosage whether I eat, drink or smoke the extracts.
Any advice on any of these herbs would be helpful.
