Question for Cherokee spiritualist?
I'm writing a story and I need to know what herbs would be used if one was trying to ward off negative thoughts, energies, or spirits. Also if a women was in labor what herds would be used and if any how so. I did some research and saw that lavender, sage, and cedar where used for smudging but I wasn't sure if these where okay for what I had in mine
