I broke a bone in my hand (3rd metacarpel), after the cast comes off..?
Will it be completely healed, and will I be able to go right back to sports? I know I have to keep the cast on for 6 weeks, but after that can I go right back to tumbling and cheerleading?
(I'm sorry I asked this last night with no answers, but I don't see the doctor till next week and Its really important that I find out before tomorrow) Thanks
No, its best to leave it again for another month or so, the bone still need's to replace itself back together, also, doing hand exercises whilst the cast is off is a good idea to strengthen your bones again.
