2. Danu
3. Branwen
4. Bran
5. Dagda
6. Nuadha of the Silver Hand
7. Dienceght
8. Giohbhio
9. Brighid
Thanks again so much.
1. Teutates - A celtic God. His name means "a people" or "tribe" & has been equated by the Romans to Mars.
2.Danu - aka Dana & Anu, goddess of the "Tuatha de Danann" ( the people of the goddess Dana.
3.Branwen- Daughter of Llyr, the welsh sea god.
4.Bran - (not a God but an Irish mythic Hero) son of Febal. Bran was the hero of the most famous Irish sea voyage myth. He sailed to the Isle of Merriment & the Isle of Women where, thinking he was there for only one year, turned out to be many years. When he came back home, nobody knew him anymore, his name was legend.
5. Dagda - Means "the good god". He was in fact the great god of Irish mythology. He was wise, full of knowledge and well versed in the magic arts. He was a chief of "Tuatha De Danann" mentioned above.
6. Nuadha of the Silver Hand- (from a replacement hand he lost in battle) He was the "leader" of the "Tuatha de Danann"
7. Dienceght- also written Dien Cecht, Irish god of healing.
8. Giohbhio??? (sorry, that name is not in my book of celtic myths)
9. Brighid- aka Brigid & Brigit, goddess of healing & fertility who was believed to assist women in labour.
